The MICHELIN Guide showers restaurants with stars: “Eatrenalin” and “Ammolite – House of Light” receive awards

The multisensory restaurant “Eatrenalin”, which blends culinary excellence and innovative technologies to create a unique experience, has been awarded its first Michelin star. Furthermore, “Ammolite – House of Light” has been delighted to receive two Michelin stars for the 12th consecutive year. Located in the lighthouse of the 4-star superior “Bell Rock” hotel, the restaurant combines a sophisticated atmosphere with a cuisine that has stood for clarity, precision and consistency for many years.  Top chef Peter Hagen-Wiest is in charge of the cuisine at both fine dining restaurants within the Europa-Park adventure resort, demonstrating that his culinary style reflects many facets: from classic-modern to immersive worlds of indulgence. At the heart of his culinary philosophy are always seasonal produce of proven quality.
