satis&fy AG strengthens its management team: expansion of the Executive Board and appointments to key positions

Karben, 1 July 2026 – satis&fy AG is setting the course for the future and its structural development: With effect from 1 May 2026, the company expanded its Executive Board from two to three members and appointed Norbert Tomkiewicz to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). At the same time, two key management roles within the company have been filled – with a new Managing Director for the headquarters in Karben and a new Head of IT.

Greater operational strength through an expanded Executive Board

With the appointment of 48-year-old Norbert Tomkiewicz as COO, satis&fy is responding specifically to the growing demands on its operational business and the increasing complexity within the company. The new structure creates clearer lines of responsibility and strengthens the company’s ability to manage its operations.

Tomkiewicz has been with satis&fy for over 20 years and brings extensive experience from various roles. Among other things, he headed the company’s logistics division, served as Managing Director of the Hilversum site in the Netherlands and, most recently, spent many years as Head of Operations.

“By expanding our Executive Board, we are specifically addressing the growing demands on satis&fy, enabling us to consistently further develop our operational interfaces and delineate areas of responsibility even more clearly,” explains Nico Ubenauf, CEO at satis&fy. “Norbert Tomkiewicz not only brings exceptional experience to the table, but also has a deep understanding of our company thanks to his many years of service at satis&fy. This is a crucial factor in the sustainable development of our performance, efficiency and quality.”

Tomkiewicz adds: “I am looking forward to playing an active role in shaping the operational development of satis&fy in my new role. My aim is not only to make processes even more effective and efficient, but also to empower the people within the company who make this success possible day in, day out.”

Continuity from within the company

At senior management level too, satis&fy is committed to continuity and development from within its own ranks. Simon Jendrzejewski took on the role of Managing Director for the company’s headquarters in Karben on 15 June 2026. Jendrzejewski completed his training at satis&fy and has now been with the company for more than ten years, most recently as Team Lead for Project Management. The 31-year-old will further strengthen the site strategically, both internally and externally, as a hub for live communication. His focus will be on the further development of processes, the use of future technologies and strengthening team performance at the site.

The new Head of IT has also been appointed from within the company. Nils Klersy took over the central management of the IT department in this role on 1 June 2026. Klersy has been with the company since 2012. He started as a project manager and, in this role, has overseen major international productions. The 37-year-old used his parental leave to complete a degree in computer science. This makes him the ideal candidate to bridge the gap between the needs of the event project business and the technical requirements of IT.

Focus on strategic direction

All these measures form part of a clear strategic direction: satis&fy aims to secure its long-term earnings stability, further develop operational interfaces and make the organisation and all its teams more effective overall. At the same time, the company is deliberately focusing on the internal development of managers.

The new structure is designed to ensure that decisions are made with even greater transparency, responsibilities are clearly assigned and synergies are consistently exploited.
