As a partner of the trade fair, degefest is once again represented with a joint stand. Under the association’s banner, member organisations will jointly present themselves as quality providers in the conference and seminar sector – and meet planners from companies and associations who are specifically looking for training centres, conference hotels and modern conference venues. BOE INTERNATIONAL thus marks the start of the events calendar. At the same time, the stand serves as a central point of contact for members and anyone wishing to find out more about the association and its services.

All-inclusive package for members

Participating member organisations will receive a stand featuring their own logo and a professional presentation at no extra cost to them: degefest will handle the concept, set-up and support. The package includes, amongst other things, catering on both days of the fair, additional seating for discussions at the stand, two exhibitor passes including free ticket codes for guests, a detailed company profile on boe-international.de, and support from the secretariat and board members.

Catering, sponsors and stand concept

Refreshments will be provided by the Filderhalle Leinfelden-Echterdingen, with its venue Bertha’s Place acting as the exclusive catering partner: regional, seasonal, balanced and varied. Also taking part is degefest sponsor Jacobs Douwe Egberts, which, as last year, will be showcasing its latest coffee machine and offering speciality coffees. The stand concept has been developed by Eventura from Geldern, itself a long-standing degefest member and an event service provider operating throughout Germany and in neighbouring countries.
