For the 27th time, the EVVC – European Association of Event Centres e.V. – is welcoming the German-speaking events industry to the MFT (Management Conference). From 21 to 22 September, the Rhein-Mosel-Halle in Koblenz will host a high-calibre two-day programme, which the association aims to make accessible above all to young talent in the industry.
As in previous years, the EVVC is therefore offering heavily discounted ‘Youngster’ tickets to give apprentices, students, trainees and employees under the age of 27 a unique opportunity for professional development and networking. This helps break down barriers for young talent and makes it easier for them to attend the MFT.
The programme is also firmly focused on the future: right at the start, trend visionary Sabine Rogg will set the tone for the conference with her keynote speech ‘Trends to Watch 2026 – between fragile identities, genuine connections and new friction’. The programme will be rounded off by Ivo Hennekes, who will speak on “Psychological safety – and why it determines success or stagnation”.
The programme focuses on new technologies, resilience, and topics relating to sustainability, communication and marketing. Extensive and expert input will also be provided on issues in the areas of case law, tenders and international case studies. The sessions will feature not only experts from prestigious agencies, lawyers from EVVC’s partner law firms and international guests, but also industry voices sharing best practices.
With the exception of the early-bird tickets, which sold out within 24 hours, tickets in all categories are currently still available.
The EVVC – European Association of Event Centres e.V. is the strong community and advocacy body for event venues in German-speaking Europe. The association represents around 600 venues of all sizes – from town halls and conference centres to special event venues, trade fairs, arenas and stadiums. Suppliers to the event centres further broaden this spectrum, making the EVVC the most versatile network in the industry. It offers its members and partners a platform for open and trusting communication, important information and support for their day-to-day work, as well as inspiration for trends and innovations.
As a strong voice for the industry, the association represents the interests of its members in dealings with policymakers and society. Its guiding principle is a commitment to sustainable practices and the implementation of corresponding measures.
