Dancing in the Dark
Our workshops open up extraordinary experiential spaces. Through dance, communication, trust and presence become immediately tangible - far removed from traditional seminar rooms.

Blind dancing sharpens the senses and promotes empathy, responsibility and teamwork. Tango Argentino utilises non-verbal signals and clear impulses - skills that also count in everyday working life.

Leadership training
Leadership can be experienced physically when leading and following blindfolded: leadership requires clarity and sensitivity, following demands trust and personal responsibility. Changing roles creates new perspectives on your own leadership behaviour. The focus is on presence, relationship and orientation under uncertainty - not dance technique.

Don't be afraid of tango
It's not about complicated steps. Tango is a tool for communication and trust. Everyone decides how close they want to be - with distance, with hands or without touching.

Inclusion & diversity
Our sensitisation workshops - developed together with Dancing without Borders and mixed-abled trainers - create learning spaces for people with and without disabilities. Dancing together reduces fear of contact, makes diversity tangible and promotes respectful interaction. This creates a basis for equal opportunities and inclusion in practice.
