We develop and operate TablePlanner, a software for digital seat and room planning for events with large numbers of participants.
TablePlanner saves a lot of time because participants can enter their data and seating requests themselves and changes are processed centrally and in a structured manner. Even last-minute adjustments - new participants, rearrangements or room changes - can be implemented quickly and transparently without manual rework.
For event agencies and organisations, it is particularly relevant that several events can be administered in parallel - each with separate participant lists, roles and clear responsibilities. This maintains an overview and control, even with many ongoing projects.
The first version in 2016 already focussed on scalable planning: automated, role-based placement of participants in freely designed rooms and table situations. What was initially intended for weddings and balls quickly showed its true potential in a professional environment.
TablePlanner has been consistently developed further as it is used by companies, organisations, authorities and event agencies - as a platform for professional event requirements.
Practical knowledge from real projects has been directly incorporated into robust solutions.
